* Easter (10 - 17 April 2009) & Christmas / New Year's Eve (19 December 2009 - 02 January 2010)

Prices include electricity & water as well as weekly fresh bed linen and towels.
Extra bed 15 Euro per person (max. 2) per night.
Heating is apart at cost upon consumption.
Wood for the wood stove in the house and the BBQ in the garden is provided at no charge.
A security deposit of 150 Euro, from which final cleaning and heating will be deducted, is due at arrival.
Arrival after 4 p.m. The apartment must be free on the departure day by 10 a.m.
