The whole property is surrounded by fields and woods and is divided into:
the main dwelling where the owners live and the barn conversion
“La Stellina”,
both renovated in accordance with the criteria and materials of the old Tuscan farmhouses:
tiles, visible wooden beams, stone.
“La Stellina” covers two levels and can accommodate 2 (+2) people;
On the first floor there is the large double bedroom with bathroom, on the ground floor there is: the living room with a double sofa bed, the cooking/dining area and another complete bathroom suite.
The owner, an architect, deliberately kept the two levels separate with independent entrances so as not to distort the soul of the barn conversion which was created to have the hay on the upper level and the stable for the animals on the lower one.

Swimming pool for exclusive use, barbecue, car park, wood for the stove, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen,
with weekly changes, the kitchen has: fridge, oven, toaster, hob, American coffee machine
and mocha, the structure has heating whose cost is calculated by consumption.
You can hand pick the produce in the vegetable garden.

SPORT AND WELL-BEING
Mountain biking, trekking: several routes recommended by the C.A.I (Italian Mountaineering
and Climbing Federation) start from Stellina (you will be given a map when you arrive).

and the Rapolano baths are a fifteen minute drive away with two spas:
Querciolaia and San Giovanni.
RESTAURANTS
3/4 km to reach excellent eating houses, typical restaurants and pizzerias.
